Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Red Haired Stokie. Everything on this site is designed, drawn or created by me and every purchase directly supports my research, writing and videos.

Please bear in mind that it is only me, this is not a big company, so I use trusted printing providers to print a lot of my items, and they will be sent directly to you, so they make take a bit longer and some parcels will come separately 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery processing time

We do not offer refunds on printed or personalised items as they are all printed to order in your size, the colour and design you choose.

All of my products are printed bespoke for you, which is why it takes a little longer to get them to you, Each one is printed when you order it, so please be patient, it will be worth the wait I promise! 

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. The estimated delivery is up to 14 working days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

Please be aware that some of your products may come in separate packages at different times. This is because some of my products come from different warehouses and/or facilities or from a trusted printing partner company in a different country.

Free delivery on all of our products on the website to the UK.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Red Haired Stokie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Red Haired Stokie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
